       Looking to the Future:

       Needs and Projected Costs

Some components of our church have deteriorated markedly with age and wear.  Basic repairs will provide for a more comfortable, attractive, and functional gathering space.  In anticipation of our centennial anniversary celebration as a parish, it is our duty to ensure that our worship space is as beautiful as possible.  The  following is an outline of the projects we must seek to complete in preparation for this sacred event.

     ●  Renewal and preservation of church art objects  $35,000

     ●  Restoration of church pews

and the floor under the pews                                $34,000

     ●  Organ maintenance                                               $30,000

     ●  Rectory painting, plumbing, and wiring                $40,000

     ●  Completion of stained glass work                         $25,000

     ●  Renovation of rectory kitchen                               $20,000

     ●  Install zone heating system

in church and school buildings                             $35,000

     ●  Install new public address system in the church     $4,000

                                           TOTAL                              $223,000
